TikTok at NextM Sweden 
April 2024

NextM is the biggest technology and marketing event in the Nordics, inspiring and challenging the marketing industry by providing unexpected experiences and thought-provoking talks. 2,000 marketers attended the TikTok booth, engaging with swag activations and screen interactivity.

​

My role as Experiential Lead involved conceptualising the booth identity, design, activations, swag and other interactivities, whilst assisting the wider B2B Marketing team to prepare on-stage keynote speeches and breakout panels. 

TikTok Showtime France
March 2024

Co-led TikTok Showtime France 2024, an event for media agencies to discover the latest tools, tips and tricks in TikTok advertising. Over 400 attendees engaged with 4 interactive booths, 5 escape rooms, digital graffiti wall and more, all with the purpose of educating and equipping guests with TikTok best practices.

 

My role involved liaising with events agency Com'Over, end-to-end project management, budget tracking, event marketing, content, environment design and post event measurement.

TikTok Grand Prix 
December 2023

The second iteration of the TikTok Grand Prix awards ceremony in Amsterdam. 100+ guests gathered to celebrate the most creative and high-performing campaigns from 7 European regions. Guests were treated to a night of fine-dining and star-studded entertainment, before one lucky team were crowned 'The Greatest TikTok Europe'. 

 

My supporting role involved liaising with events agency ACA Live, leading guest travel and accommodation,  registration, external communications, talent management and environment design.

TikTok Ad Awards Central Europe
October 2023

TikTok's first ever Ad Awards event in Central Europe, showcasing and celebrating the greatest TikTok ads of 2023 across Poland and beyond. Over 100 attendees enjoyed performances from creator, Julia Rocka, created DIY desserts and customised their own TikTok crocs before the announcement of the winners. 

 

My leading role involved liaising with events agency Plej, end-to-end project management, budget tracking, event marketing, content curation, environment design, event production and post event measurement.

TikTok Discover Commerce
September 2023

TikTok Discover Commerce France is one of many in the Discover event franchise across Europe. This event was held at Angie Club, Paris, to support French e-commerce and retail brands unlock the power of TikTok advertising. Over 100 guests engaged with experiential activations including 'Meet our Creators', Pico VR headsets, gaming machines and more.

 

My role as event lead involved liaising with events agency Red Visitor, end-to-end project management, registration, content curation, activation ideation, environment design and event production.

TikTok Agency Summer Celebration
August 2023

To support and celebrate the great partnerships of London based media agencies, TikTok hosted the Summer Celebration event at Between the Bridges, Southbank. Viral TikTok creators from BeautyTok to ArtTok hosted activations including a nail bar, caricaturist, bracelet making, mini golf, and more. 

 

My role involved end-to-end project management and event productions without the use of an events agency. I conducted all vendor sourcing, talent management, contracting, budget tracking, event marketing, content, video creation, venue leasing, environment design and more. 

TikTok ForYou Summit Netherlands

TikTok Transparency Forum
November 2022

Transparency Forum is TikTok's proprietary virtual event series dedicated to trust and safety. Guests heard from industry experts, who discussed the progress TikTok is making to become the world's most trusted platform, and focussed closely on how to protect younger users on the platform.

 

My responsibilities included external guest communications, registration and on-site filming assistance.

Samsung Life Unstoppable 
October 2021

For the second year, Samsung invited 5,000+ retail and media partners to an immersive virtual conference: Life Unstoppable. Guests experienced the interactive 'Samsung House', filled with the latest TV, mobile and domestic products. 2,000+ media articles were generated from the event.

My role involved freelancing with events agency, Smyle, to curate content, support product sourcing, event build and production.

 

WINNER: Campaign's Best B2B Brand Experience 2021

Samsung Z Series
August 2021

Samsung teamed up with Swedish supermodel, Elsa Hosk, to support the launch of the Galaxy Z Flip3 and Z Fold3. This exclusive virtual event briefed over 600 European media on the new devices, including prolific titles Vogue, Elle, GQ, Glamour, Grazia. It also featured a live Q&A with Elsa, in which she showcased how she uses the Z Flip3 to enhance her daily life. The event generated over 2,000 media articles and achieved 1.69M social impressions. 

 

My role as event lead involved liaising with PR agency Fleishman Hillard, talent management, event technical support, content creation, scripting and more. 

Samsung Experience New Perspectives 
August 2021

In collaboration with perceptual artist, Michael Murphy, DJ collaborative, Cercle, and electronic duo, Gorgon City, Samsung installed 11 Neo QLED 8K TVs in the Saatchi Gallery in London. This hybrid event inspired media, using the 8K TVs to transport them to Croatia.

Selected top-tier journalists attended the installation in person.

 

My supporting role involved liaising with Momentum events agency, leading logistics, product sourcing, creative assets and more. 

Samsung Music Galaxy Thursday 
April 2021

To celebrate the partnership between Samsung and Universal Music Group, Samsung hosted an NDA media event to generate coverage on the new A Series devices and pre-launch 'Music Galaxy Thursday'. 

Singer songwriter RAYE joined the campaign, and guests could select their own path through the virtual event platform, choosing RAYE's outfit, song choice and more. 308 journalists attended, generating 690 media articles with a 3.4 billion aggregate readership.

My responsibilities included liaising with events agency Smyle, celebrity sourcing and contracting, budget tracking, creative ideation, event production and on-set shoot support. Also helped develop the Pathable event platform with Wirewax interactions.

Samsung S21 Series  
January 2021

To support the launch of the flagship S21 Series mobiles, Samsung launched an NDA Media Briefing event for tech and lifestyle media. Samsung teamed up with celebrity photographer, Rankin, who photographed rapper, Stefflon Don, in his first ever shoot with a mobile device. The event took place during lockdown, which caused complications with the live studio filming, therefore was pre-recorded as-live. Despite the complications, 517 journalist attended, 86% of which had not attended a Samsung event before. The event generated 2,015 articles respectively.

My role involved liaising with events agency, Momentum, and curating content, event production, on-set assistance, registration and comms.

Samsung Life Unstoppable 
September 2020

Samsung invited 5,000 retail and media partners to an immersive virtual conference: Life Unstoppable. Attendees walked through the virtual reality Samsung House, filled with 3D rendered products with clickable interactions. 1,893 media articles were generated from the event, with 1,234 global social media mentions.

My role was to lead guests comms and registration, successfully onboarding 10,000+ guests to the event. ​
